How to find us
Mudchute Park & Farm
Pier Street
Isle of Dogs
London E14 3HP
Mudchute Park and Farm is located in the middle of the Isle of Dogs. We are easy to reach by car, train, bus, foot, bike, river ferry or the Docklands Light Railway
By Docklands Light Railway
The closest DLR stations are Mudchute, Crossharbour & Island Gardens.
We highly recommend using Crossharbour. When alighting walk directly across the road and through the ASDA car park where you’ll find an entry at the back right hand side to Mudchute Park and Farm. Enter the park and follow the path and signs to the main Courtyard area which contains the Mudchute Kitchen, Main Office and small farm yard precinct.
For those exiting at Island Gardens, as you exit the station turn left and follow Manchester Road down until you reach Pier St (Mourinho's is on the corner). Follow Pier Street to the end where you will find a small visitors car park and entrance to the farm.
For Mudchute DLR, cross East Ferry Road using the zebra crossing and just to your immediate left, you will see the entrance gateway to Mudchute Park & Farm. As you enter, bear to your right and follow the long straight path to the riding arena. There is restricted access to the stables area. Please follow the pathway behind the stables and kitchen and enter through the entrance to our main courtyard.
Mudchute DLR is not recommended at night if travelling alone as the walk into the park and farm is unlit.
By bus
Take the D3, D6 or 135 bus towards Crossharbour and disembark at the ASDA supermarket. Walk through the car park and at the rear you will find a gate entry to Mudchute Park & Farm next to the car wash facility. Follow the path through the park to arrive at the Main Courtyard entrance. Alternatively catch the D3 or D7 bus travelling via Island Gardens DLR station, and alight at Pier Street, next to Mourinho's restaurant. At the end of Pier Street you will find the entrance to Mudchute Park and Farm.
By river
Thames Clippers run regular services from Embankment to Woolwich. To visit the farm, you can disembark at either Masthouse Terrace on the North side of the river, or the adjacent stop, Greenwich Pier on the South side. If disembarking, at Greenwich Pier, your route will include a walk under the Thames through the historic Greenwich Foot Tunnel. Both stations are approximately a 15 minute walk from the farm.
By foot or bike
You can walk to Mudchute Park & Farm from either Islands Gardens or Canary Wharf in under 15 minutes. From Island Gardens cross Millwall Park and enter the Park at the gate next to the One O'clock Club. From Canary Wharf cross the footbridge to South Quay and walk down East Ferry Road entering Mudchute Park, at the entrance just after ASDA. Please see our map for more details of our many entrance and exit points.
By bike enter the Park either from the ASDA car park or from Pier Street. Bikes can be securely locked inside the Main Courtyard area.
TFL Bicycle hire/docking stations are conveniently located outside Mudchute and Island Gardens DLR stations as well as on Stebondale Street and East Ferry Road.
By car
We do not recommend driving to the farm, as visitor parking is not available on site. Only limited street parking may be available and there is no coach parking. Take the A13 and follow signs to Canary Wharf. Then A1206 towards Island Gardens and turn right at the second Pier Street turn off, in front of Mourinho's restaurant. Unfortunately we do not have on-site parking for visitors. However there is limited meter parking on Pier Street and neighbouring streets.
